We normally allow these images to be used elsewhere Free of Charge, but subject to the following conditions where applicable.

(1) Permission should be sought beforehand.
    Email photo-request@mortimercat.co.uk for the originals without the logo.

(2) An appropriate credit should be given.
    Depending on the final product. For example, a Web Link, a caption, or within a list of contributors.

(3) We receive a copy of the final product.
    If practical. Otherwise an image of the final product, or a Web Link (with appropriate access rights).   

(4) [Voluntary] A donation to an appropriate charity.
    This would be the RSPB (Bird Photos), WWT (Duck & Geese Photos) or the Gweek Seal Sanctuary.
